Dr. Jasmine earned a combined degree in Biochemistry and Chemistry from the University of British Columbia before pursuing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree at the University of Melbourne in Australia. She has a strong interest in customized anesthesia and analgesia programs for small animal patients and completed a one-year anesthesia and analgesia internship at the CityU Veterinary Medical Centre in Hong Kong SAR.
Dr. Jasmine is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care while continually advancing her clinical knowledge and skills. Jasmine Joined the Bellevue Team in December 2025.
